Now, I'm admittedly late to the bandwagon when it comes to this series. But I binge read the first three novels of The Selection series - The Selection, The Elite, The One - earlier this year - and it was awesome! I was very entertained by the premise, and really came to love the characters (particularly a certain Prince Maxon!). Plus, I was surprised by the themes that were woven through the story, themes of rebellion and freedom. It was just so compelling and I couldn't put it down once I'd started! I definitely look forward to devouring The Heir and The Crown back-to-back this month. Because the last novel came out this month (May 3, to be precise), we're sending off the series in style with a blog tour!
