In the past couple of weeks, I've been having really awful moments of anxiety. There are plenty of personal concerns that have been keeping me preoccupied, and layered with all the global and local events that have been happening that are sad and terrifying and worrisome, it's been really stressful for me. I was telling Rachel that I needed to do something similar to her happy thoughts, and she really encouraged me to go for it. So today, I'm sharing a list of all the good things that are making me happy lately. It's a random list of things and people and events and whatever else I could come up with. Hope you enjoy!

long conversations with my husband before we go to sleep
