April might have slowed down somewhat in terms of pace, but May more than made up for that decrease in speed with days that simply flew by. I seriously felt like I was constantly on the go, with people in town to visit, events to attend and a whole lot of warmer weather to really enjoy. I'm a little sad to bid May adieu because it was such a good month, but I'm certainly looking forward to what June is going to bring!
WHAT I DID
May has been such a fun month! My sister was still around for the first half, and spending time with her was amazing. Then, a few days after she left, my roomies came to town and we got to hang out and do touristy things in my city. BEA was the cap to an already awesome month, and I enjoyed seeing all my blogger and author friends, as well as meeting more publicists too!
WHAT I READ
Of the 22 books I read, my favorites were:

ReplyDeleteHmm. It's exciting to think about being able to go to Chicago for BEA next year, but it's also something that I'd have to consider more carefully since I'd wind up spending more money!
