Last Wednesday, Macky & I headed on over to our friend Ephy's apartment for the little New Year's Eve party that he & Jaymee were throwing this year. Armed with some yummy snacks + enough drinks to pass around, we spent a couple of hours hanging out watching Dick Clark's Rockin' New Year's Eve with Ryan Seacrest before the moment came to ring in a brand new year. It was relaxed, cozy and low key, just the way we like our outings to be. So it's definitely no surprise that we enjoyed ourselves tremendously!
Last Saturday, on a day both cold and wet, something wonderful happened to eclipse the gloom! My best friend Patricia (a girl I've known since the sixth grade) got married to Ian, the love of her life. The wedding + reception were quite intimate, but even with only a handful of guests, it was lovely. The decorations were tasteful, the food was delicious and the company was grand. So thrilled to be able to celebrate such a special day for two very awesome people, and wishing them nothing but abundant joy, love, fortitude, and blessing in the many years of marriage to come!
Your blog seems interesting. I do have a similar blog Catering services in Kerala
ReplyDelete"Relaxed, cozy and low key" is how I like my outings as well. Sounds like a fun evening! I was even more low key that night... My fiancé and I just marathoned the show "Marco Polo" on Netflix and I fell asleep at 11:30 PM haha! Didn't quite make it to midnight... The wedding sound super cute! I'm only in the beginning stages of my planning, but I'm shooting for small and intimate too :)
